How will I know my order has been shipped?

You will receive an email that your order has been shipped with the tracking number. Email updates are sent between 9:00 - 18:00 pm. Check your spam also. If you didn't receive an email, you can ask via email for the tracking number.

 

I already emailed my proof of payment. Why is the Order Status still Awaiting Payment?

Bank deposits are manually checked (via internet banking). Sometimes it is not updated on a real-time basis. Please allow us 24 hours to confirm your payments. If no confirmation has been made within 24 hours, then you may follow up via email.

 

When will I receive my order?

Xend Metro Manila – 1-3 business days (including Saturdays for residential addresses)
Fastrack Provincial - 2-3 business days

 

Can I cancel my order?

Note: BabyPlus has the right to cancel orders not settled within 3 working days.
