SHIPPING + RETURNS
Customer pays the shipping cost and is subject to the applicable rate with the courier.
The transit time may take 2 to 5 business days. These delivery times are an estimate only as we use a third party courier services for all deliveries and as such BabyPlusPH cannot be held responsible for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.
You will be able to track your shipping using the tracking number provided in the system generated email confirmation that will be sent to you once your order is shipped.
Please note that if the address is incomplete or the receiver is unavailable to receive the package, this will delay the delivery.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We strive hard to check each item before shipping. But, in the event that there is still product damage. Kindly let us know within 2 days after the order is received with proof photos of the damage.
Return/Refund is available within 7 days from receipt of the item as long as the item is unworn/unused and packaging is still in perfect condition.
If the product is damaged or wrong item was sent to you, we will cover the return shipping cost. However, if the reason for returning the product does not qualify for a free return shipping (ie. Customer changes his mind) the customer is responsible for the initial shipping cost plus cost of returning the product to us.
Note: In the event that the returned product is determined by BabyPlusPH to NOT qualify as a valid return/refund (ie. Product is damaged, no longer in the original packaging, past the acceptable return date) BabyPlusPH reserves the right to reject the refund request.
